Offer personalized sessions with your audience through paid 1:1 meetings, coaching calls, or consultations directly through your Creator Store. This feature allows you to monetize your time, manage bookings, and stay organized with automatic scheduling.

Setting Up Your 1:1 Consultation
To create a consultation:

Go to Store > Products
-
Click Create New Product
-
Select 1:1 Consultations
From here, you can add:

Meeting title and description

-
Meeting location (Zoom, Google Meet, Phone, or In-Person)

Thumbnail image
-
Price
Meeting links are generated automatically when supported platforms are connected.
Setting Your Availability
After creating your product, open the Event tab to manage your schedule.
You can:

Set a date range for bookings

Select available days and time slots
-
Choose your time zone
-
Set meeting duration
-
Block specific dates
-
Add buffer time between sessions
-
Control how far in advance clients can book

This helps prevent conflicts and double-bookings.

Connecting Your Calendar
Sync your Google Calendar to manage bookings automatically.
To connect:

Open Settings
-
Select Integrations
-
Sign in with Google

Once connected, meetings will sync and generate links when applicable.
Viewing Your Upcoming Meetings
To see your scheduled sessions:

Go to Store
-
Open Orders

All upcoming consultations will appear there.
Rescheduling & Refunds
Currently, consultations cannot be rescheduled automatically.
If changes are needed:

Contact your client directly

Set up a new meeting manually

Issue refunds through Orders if needed
Zoom Link Not Sending?
If meeting links aren’t sending, it’s usually due to a calendar connection issue.
Try:

Reconnecting your Google account
-
Checking for dashboard warnings
If you’re receiving many bookings at once, you may also reach Zoom’s daily meeting limit.
Contact support if the issue continues.
