How to Auto-Post First Comments to the Multi-Channel Workspace

1. Go to your Planoly Mobile App or Web Dashboard
2. Switch into the Multi-Channel Workspace 
3. Begin by creating a +New Post or opening an unscheduled post
4. Click on the Add First Comment box, add your comment, add hashtags or create a hashtag group, insert hashtags and save
5. From here you can finish creating the post and select Save Draft or Schedule
    
   

How to Auto-Post First Comments to the Instagram Planner

1. Go to your Planoly Mobile App or Web Dashboard
2. Switch into the Instagram planner 
3. When scheduling content to post, you can access the First Comment feature by clicking on the speech bubble icon below the caption box
4. After you click the speech bubble, you’ll see a text box appear where you can add your first comment
5. Add your comment, and click ‘Save’

Instagram Requirements

• The Instagram Profile must be set to a Business or Creator Profile
• The Facebook Business Page must be authenticated with Planoly to enable this feature

Other First Comment Guidelines

• Character Limit: 2,000 Characters*
• Hashtag Limit: 30 Hashtags
• User Tagging: 10 Users
• Social Networks: Instagram only
• Combined Total Hashtags between Caption and First Comment: 30
