Creating Memberships in the Creator Store
Creator Store Memberships allow you to offer exclusive content and benefits to your audience through recurring subscriptions. Below is a streamlined guide to setting up, managing, and publishing a membership.
Step 1: Create a Membership (General Information)
To get started:

Navigate to Products →New Product → Memberships

Click Membership

Step 2: Tier Selection Page
The Tier Selection Page is where you define the overall membership and create your tiers. This is the first page customers will see.
Membership Title & Overview (Required)
At the top of the Tier Selection page, you’ll first set the foundation of your membership:

Membership title
Give your membership a clear, compelling name. -
Overview description
Write a short summary explaining:-
What the membership is
-
Who it’s for
-
The value members will receive
-

This overview appears above your tiers and helps customers quickly understand what they’re subscribing to.
Membership Tiers
After setting your title and overview, you’ll move into creating your membership tiers.
What is a tier?
A tier is a subscription level within your membership. Each tier can have its own pricing, benefits, and content access.
For each tier, you can:

Add a tier name

Add an optional tier description outlining what’s included

Set monthly pricing
-
Set yearly pricing (optional)
-
Upload a cover image for the tier
Highlight a tier
One tier can be featured more prominently on your page to help promote it

Offer at least one accessible entry level tier

Use yearly pricing to encourage long term subscriptions

Avoid creating too many tiers so each option feels clear and intentional
Testimonials (Optional)
You can choose to display product testimonials directly beneath your tiers.
When enabled:

All visitors can see testimonials you’ve added

Testimonials help build trust and encourage conversions
Step 3: Checkout Page (Customer Purchase Experience)
Next, customize the Checkout Page, which controls what customers see when subscribing.

You can configure:

Required customer information:

Header copy

Purchase call-to-action text

Custom checkout questions (useful for onboarding or personalization)
Step 4: Member Page (Subscriber Home)
The Member Page acts as your subscribers’ home base after joining.

This is your creator profile area, where you can:

Step 5: Post Content (Membership Content & Modules)
The Post Content section is where you build and manage your membership content.

You can:

Create modules or individual posts

Assign content to specific tiers

Choose whether to:

Always send content to new members

Notify members when content is published
-
Schedule content to release on a future date (drip content)

Editing Content
When editing a post, you can:

Upload a header image
-
Add a content title
-
Write body text to guide and support members

Upload attachments (files, media, links)
Previously published content will also appear here for easy updates.
Step 6: Settings & Integrations
In Settings, you can manage:

Custom confirmation emails

Notification email preferences

Zapier integrations for external workflows

Step 7: Publish Your Membership
Once everything is set:

Review your membership details

Click Publish
Your membership will now be live and available for customers to subscribe.
