How many Creator Store accounts can I have with the same email?

If you sign up directly through Creator Store, you can have one Creator Store account per email address.

If you are using Creator Store through a Planoly subscription, you can manage multiple Creator Stores (one per Social Set) under the same email login. This allows you to operate multiple storefronts from a single account.

Does Creator Store offer gift cards?

At this time, Creator Store does not support native gift card functionality. However, creators may offer third party or manual gift certificates outside of the platform if desired.

Can a creator delete their account in Creator Store?

Yes. Creators can delete their Creator Store account directly from their account settings.

Once deleted, the storefront is permanently removed. All products and associated data are erased and cannot be recovered.

Can you sell physical products on Creator Store?

Yes, there are multiple ways to sell physical products using Creator Store.

You can:

• Use the Design & Sell Merch feature to create and sell custom physical products directly within Creator Store, without needing external fulfillment tools
• Add external links to platforms like Etsy or Amazon to direct customers to physical products hosted on those marketplaces

This provides flexibility to sell physical goods either directly through Creator Store or by linking to your existing storefronts.
