How to enable and manage reviews & testimonials
How do I turn on Reviews?
To collect written testimonials and star ratings on each of your Creator Store offerings, you need to turn on Reviews and edit your preferences within the settings of each one.
1. Go to the Store and
2. Select Link
3. Choose the offering you would like to add reviews to
4. Select the 3 dots to edit details
5. Click the Additional Information Tab
6. Scroll down to Rating to Enable review
7. Select Save and Close
Please Note: By default, reviews are switched off for each of your offerings. Customers will only be able to leave reviews and star ratings after they have made a purchase and are logged into their account.
What settings can I control?
There are two settings you can control for reviews:
Switch reviews on and off: Each of your existing offerings will have reviews switched off by default. You can easily toggle reviews on and off within the settings.

Decide which reviews show: Switch on to filter the written reviews that show on your page. Exclude reviews that are below a minimum amount of stars using the drop-down
Where will customers be able to find reviews?
Reviews will only appear on your page if they are switched on and customers have started leaving star ratings and leaving written testimonials. They will appear underneath each of your offerings on your Creator Store check out page.
What if I get a bad review?
If you receive a review that isn’t entirely positive and the customer hasn’t published it anonymously, consider reaching out to them directly to address their concerns.
How to Leave a Review
Once reviews are turned on, there will be an option to leave a written review next to the purchase that says, "Liked it? Leave a review!" This is a chance for customers to share their thoughts and help make the product even better!
Once the review is completed, it will be displayed alongside the customer's purchase.
How to Add Product Testimonials to Your Creator Store
Follow these steps to add testimonials to your offerings and showcase customer feedback:

Go to the Store

Select Link

Choose the offering you want to add testimonials to

Click the three dots (⋮) to edit details

Navigate to the "Additional Information" tab

Under "Testimonial," choose one of the following options:
- Add a New Testimonial:
- Enter the customer's name
- (Optional) Upload an image
- Write the testimonial
- Add a Testimonial from Rating:
- Select an existing review to feature as a testimonial
- Add a New Testimonial:

Click "Save" to update your offering
Now, your testimonials will be displayed alongside your product, helping build trust and credibility with potential customers!
