How to Resolve the 'Off-Facebook Activity' Error

This guide is to help resolve the linking error when receiving the “Off-Facebook Activity” error when linking to Planoly.

Are you receiving this error when linking?

Follow These Steps:

1. Log into Facebook on a desktop computer
2. On the website, locate the down arrow in the top right of Facebook 
3. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings
4. Click Your Facebook Information found on the left side of the page, then click Off-Facebook
   Activity, then View  
   
   
5. Click on Manage Future Activity
   
6. Select Disconnect Future Activity, click on Continu   
7. Then, click on Disconnect Future Activity 
8. Once complete, Future Off-Facebook Activity should remain ON
