After purchasing something through Planoly Creator Store, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your content or service.
To access your purchase:
- After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure access link (magic link)
- Click the link in the email to view and access your purchase
From this page, you’ll be able to:
- View your purchased content or service
- Check your purchase history
- Track the status of requests (such as Q&As, including pending or declined)
Note: This access link is tied to your email and does not require creating or logging into a separate account.
Can I access my purchased content on multiple devices?
Absolutely! Yes. You can access your purchased content on any device using the access link sent to your email.
I didn’t get an email after the purchase. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct
