Changing your Creator Store Link on the Creator Store is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to update your username quickly and easily.
1. Log in to your Creator Store account.
2. Click on your profile icon located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
3. From the menu, select "Settings"
4. In the settings menu select the "Account" tab
5. Enter your new username (a notification will inform you if the username is available or if it’s already taken )
6. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
This will update your Creator Store Link.
Please Note: Only Creator Store Link (Planoly URL) can be changed. The personalized domain created through Planoly can be changed once selected.
