How to Create and Publish Your Online Course on Planoly Creator Store

Are you ready to design, organize, and sell your digital courses directly from your Creator Store? This guide walks you through each step of setting up your course, from adding lessons and quizzes to publishing your checkout page.

 

1: Access the E-Course Builder

  1. Log into your Planoly Creator Store.

  2. From your dashboard, select Products > New Product > Online Course.

  3. You’ll enter the Course Builder, where you can customize everything from the Checkout Page to Course Materials.

💡 Tip: You can save your progress at any time by clicking Save as Draft in the top-right corner

2: Set Up Your Checkout Page

This is the first page potential learners see, make it count!

What to do:

  • Add your course title and price.

  • Upload a featured image or video (jpg, png, or mov).

  • Write a compelling selling description that highlights what students will gain.

  • Use the checklist provided inside the editor to focus on:

    • Hook: Grab attention with a strong opening.

    • Problem & Solution: Explain what problem your course solves.

    • Benefits: Share what learners will achieve.

    • Audience: Identify who the course is perfect for.

Learners will see this page when enrolling. They can add their payment details, enter promo codes, and choose a payment method like Cash App Pay.

3: Customize Your Course Homepage

Your Course Homepage is where students will access lessons, track progress, and leave reviews.

What you can customize:

  • Add your course cover image and instructor photo.

  • Personalize your welcome message or upsell section (“Book a 1:1,” “Contact,” etc.).

  • Organize your Modules and Lessons for an intuitive learning path.

Students can see progress bars, reviews, and available modules all in one place.

4: Add Course Material

Inside the Course Material tab, you can structure your course with Modules and Lessons.

  1. Click + Add a Module to create sections like “Introduction,” “Advanced Techniques,” etc.

  2. Inside each module, click + Add a Lesson to create lessons or quizzes.

  3. Choose a Lesson Type:

    • Lesson >  Written content, images, or video lessons.

    • Quiz > Interactive learning checks with open or multiple-choice questions.

5: Create a Lesson

When you select Lesson, you can add all the content for that topic.

Here’s what you can include:

  • Text section: Explain, clarify, or expand your topic.

  • Media upload: Add an image, video, or audio file (.jpg, .mov, .mp3).

  • Additional resources: Attach PDFs or documents (.pdf, .doc, .xls).

Pro Tip: Keep each lesson concise and easy to digest. You can add multiple lessons within one module.

6: Add a Quiz (Optional)

Encourage engagement by adding quizzes!

To create a quiz:

  1. In the Course Material tab, select Quiz.

  2. Add your question type:

    • Open-ended

    • Multiple-choice (choose correct answer)

  3. Add options, mark the correct answer, and select Set question as required if needed.

7: Set Up Payments

Under the Payment tab:

  • Enter your course price.

  • Enable or disable discount codes.

  • Confirm your connected payment method (e.g., Cash App Pay).

8: Review Settings and Publish

When everything looks perfect:

  1. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Double-check your course visibility and instructor name.

  3. Click Publish in the top-right corner and your course will go live instantly!

You can always come back later to edit lessons or update content without unpublishing your course.

Once published, your online course will appear in your Creator Store and can be shared directly through your store link.
