How to refund a customer?

To issue a refund to a customer on your store, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your store: Log in to your Creator Store account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Earnings section of your store's dashboard.

3. Select Orders

4. Locate the customer's order: in the list of orders, find the order associated with the customer you want to refund.

5. To initiate a refund, click on the three dots

6. Select "Refund" from the menu.

Please note, refunds can take between 5 and 10 business days.
