How to Use 'Check Your Conflicts' When Creating Digital Products with Events

Prevent double bookings and manage availability seamlessly

Setting Up Your Availability

When creating a digital product that includes an event, such as a call or an in-person meetup, you have several options for customizing your availability.

1. Set a Date Range for Your Availability

  • Define a specific range of dates when you are available.

  • Customers will only be able to book appointments within this selected timeframe.

2. Set Your Weekly Availability

  • Choose the days and times you are available on a recurring basis.

  • Select the desired meeting duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour).

  • Ensure consistent scheduling for your event-based digital products.

3. Set Rules for Availability

  • Add optional rules to refine your availability:

    • Define the frequency of available start times (e.g., every 30 minutes, every hour).

    • Set a minimum notice period to prevent last-minute bookings.

    • Customize additional constraints based on your preferences.

Using 'Check Your Conflicts' to Prevent Double Bookings

To avoid scheduling conflicts, use the 'Check Your Conflicts' feature, located under the 'Additional Information' tab when creating a product.

How It Works

  • Add secondary calendars if you manage multiple schedules.

  • The system will prevent double bookings by cross-checking availability across your selected calendars.

Benefits

  • Ensures you never get double-booked across different commitments.

  • Helps streamline scheduling by integrating with your existing calendar setup.

  • Provides a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

By following these steps and utilizing the 'Check Your Conflicts' feature, you can efficiently manage your schedule and avoid conflicts when offering event-based digital products.
