How to Use Content Templates
Browse and use pre-built content templates to inspire and speed up your social media planning.
Overview
Content templates give you a starting point for posts when you need inspiration or want to create content quickly. Templates are available as a monthly add-on purchase — they are not included in any Planoly plan by default.
How to Access Templates
- Click Discover in the left sidebar
- Select the Templates tab
The Templates tab is only visible and accessible after purchasing the add-on.
Tips
- Use templates for awareness days and holidays that appear on your calendar — Planoly marks these automatically
- Customize templates heavily so they feel on-brand, not generic
- Build a library of caption templates for recurring content types (e.g. product spotlights, tips, testimonials)
