How to use Drag & Drop Scheduling

Gone are the days of tedious scheduling. Just a simple click, drag, and drop, you can plan your social media calendar in no time! Whether organizing posts or shuffling posts to fit your latest inspiration, the drag-and-drop feature makes it easy!

How to Use Drag & Drop

Multi-Channel Workspace

Below are the following ways you can utilize the Drag & Drop feature:

• From the Grid/List view on the left side panel to the calendar for Unscheduled Drafts, Scheduled Drafts, and Scheduled Posts
• From one date on the Calendar to another date in the future

1. You can create a New Post and save it as a draft without the date/time selected OR you can click an Unscheduled Draft, Scheduled Draft, or Scheduled Post, to drag and drop on the date of your choice

2. Once you drop the content on the calendar, a pop-up will appear to select the time as well as change the date if needed

3. Then click Save

4. This will create a Scheduled Draft post on the calendar

5. To Schedule the post, click on the Post from the Calendar or hover over the post in the left panel, click the 3 dots to Edit, and select Schedule

6. The post will now indicate it is scheduled with the clock icon in the top left of the post

7. If you are using Drag & Drop to move a Post Group (a post with  multiple channels), you can follow the same steps with the addition of a prompt to Save for All or the first Social Channel in the post group will appear
