I forgot my Creator Store password. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, you can quickly reset your password by following the steps below.

 

How to reset your password

  1. Visit the Creator Store login page
  2. Click Forgot your password? below the login form
  3. You’ll be redirected to the password reset page
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Creator Store account (make sure it’s entered correctly)

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Tip: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Resetting your password

  1. Open the email and click the password reset link
  2. Enter a new password
  3. Choose a strong password (a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters is recommended)
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Save your changes

You’ll now be able to log in using your updated password.

What if I don’t receive the password reset email?
