Why Can’t I Connect my Stripe Account to Creator Store?
Learn why your Stripe account may not connect and how to resolve common verification and setup issues.
What’s happening?
After setting up your Stripe account, it may take 1–3 business days for Stripe to fully verify your account.
As part of this process, Stripe may request additional information to confirm your identity. During this time, you might see an error when attempting to connect your Stripe account to Creator Store, this is completely normal.
What should I do?
- Wait for Stripe to complete the verification process
- Keep an eye on your email for a confirmation from Stripe
- Once verified, return to Creator Store and reconnect your Stripe account
What happens next?
Once your Stripe account is verified, you’ll be able to successfully connect it and begin accepting payments through your Creator Store.
