What Will Your Customers Receive After Making a Purchase From You

If you customer purchased a product from you, they will receive a product confirmation email with an access link directly to the product. 


If your customer purchases a Digital Product they will receive the following email:

 

If your customer purchases a E-Course they will receive the following email:

 

If your customer purchases a 1:1 Consultation they will receive the following email:

 

If your customer purchases a Q&A they will receive the following email:

 

If your customer purchases a Livestream they will receive the following email:


How to add a personal message for the email confirmation

You can also add a personalized note at the bottom of each confirmation email for individual products by following thse steps:

  1. Click on Products from your left navigation bar
  2. Select the product you want to update
  3. Click the Additional Information tab
  4. Scroll to Custom Confirmation emails for your customers and add your personalized message

  5. Don't forget to Save and Close

To Note: Head to the CRM feature and set up an Flow if you want to reach out individually to customers.
