If your PLANOLY plan is made through an Apple in-app subscription, you will need to update your plan via the PLANOLY iOS app.
To change your plan via Apple:
- Open the PLANOLY mobile app
- Tap on the more options icon (3 dots, bottom right)
- Tap on Billing
- Select the new plan.

To change the current PLANOLY plan, on a computer web browser:
Team Member Accounts
Only the main account holder for the PLANOLY account being accessed can update active plans. Please contact the main account holder, and follow the correct guide above.
If you are downgrading to a plan but have more Instagram accounts and/or team members than allowed, you'll need to unlink the Instagram accounts and/or team members before downgrading.
This can be done by going to the Profile page.
