  7. After you select the correct username, you will see the tag show up on the image. Click on Save Tags when you have added all user tags.
  8. Once you are finished, you will see the user tags show up on the image

Please Note: You can only add public Instagram usernames as tags. Due to Instagram limitations, they do not allow you to tag private users on Planoly.

Additionally, you can add up to 20 tags per post, no matter if this is a single media post or carousel. You can also click on the user tag and it will hyperlink to their profile. A username can only be tagged once per piece of media.

      • Create, update, and delete public user tags on an image or video when auto-posting to Instragam

      • Choose where to put the tag on the piece of media

      • Allow for up to 20 users to be tagged on a post

    • User tag groups

      • Create, read, update, and delete user tag groups

          • Max of 20 per user tag group

    • User tagging is only available for grid images in the Instagram planning workspace. It will not work for videos, multi-image posts, carousels, or Instagram Stories.
