Authentication | Revoke and Re-Enable PLANOLY Permissions

In some cases, Facebook does not provide PLANOLY with the latest updated information regarding a Facebook's account with an Instagram account.

There's one thing you can do, to force Facebook to provide PLANOLY with the correct information.

On a Computer Web Browser:

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Tools Page
  2. Check if PLANOLY is displaying in your Active Business Integrations.
  3. Select PLANOLY, and click REMOVE (you do not have to checkmark the delete content, just confirm you want to remove Planoly)


4. Log out of www.facebook.com first before Step 4, and log back in with that FB account that created the FB page or one that has admin roles.

5. On Planoly Web Dashboardre-authenticate with Facebook again via your Profile Page
